This service is independent of your phone – the service, not the phone, does the work of notifying your contacts. The Busted Mobile App can be closed immediately after pushing the button.

    Busted came about from a real life arrest during which the officer mentioned that under the Patriot act he didn't have to provide a call to an attorney or to family members. What about my job? How worried would my family be about me if they haven't heard from me in days? What if I was lost in the system?
